Instructions to Fix Crashing at Start-up

I have broken the steps down with some images to give you visual guide so you have a reference point to know you did everything correct.

1) Go to the game install directory

2) Right click [inZOI.exe} and go to properties

3) Go to compatibility Tab and set compatibility mode to "windows 7"
4) Also check the "disable fullscreen optimizations"

5) Right click [inZOI.exe} and "run as administrator in the game Install directory to launch the game.

6) it should now get past the "optimizing game files" loading screen and allow you to play the game.

nope, can confirm it doesn't work. the game doesn't even launch at all even with the settings you've just shown.

Not only is my game crashing big time but when i am able to play I cant control my Zoi's even thought I have free will turnt off... This is ridiculous on a whole different level. I've never seen anything like this in the game world.

Hi I can't interact with other zois and even I can't activate cheats :( the game still need to be fixed

my game has so many bugs and so much glitching going on in game, crashing to desktop and it has been almost a full hour after crash that it has not stopped running, how why?
