Terraformer + Builder

Now upgradeable!

Introducing:

Terraformer:

A tool made for landscaping tiles at bulk. Pick up and dump liquids and solids all over your island in four different shapes, with adjustable sizes.

Builder:

A bulk building tool for placing and removing objects such as walls en masse.

Find these items at your nearest Elder. (Or in the debug menu)

Includes hotkeys for adjusting size. Change it in your controls menu.

Planned Updates:
* Item will be upgrade-able to extend placement range and shape size limits.

Builder will allow you to place objects on water, even if a preview isn't displayed. This is a bug that some people seemingly don't want removed, so for now... It shall stay. This being said, objects placed on water will break themselves and any connected neighbors on update (removal).
