To do this you need to have R18 Patch, you can download it here:
https://www.katawa-shoujo.online/download
Then transfer the downloaded file r18.rpa to folder with game (Steam/steamapps/common/Katawa Shoujo/game)
For Patch to work you need to turn off this option

i've saved every possible "choices" slot, even the ones where the choice didn't matter. i really clicked every choice possible (╥﹏╥)

the "bundle of choices" achievement doesn't work... i made every possible choice in the game and got all the achievements, except for this one.

It would be helpful to define where you should save the game, in order to load it and reach a different ending without having to play it from the beginning again.

The coolest thing is that for getting 100% ach you must enter library and open devs mail "Thank you for playing"
