@seturo The forester's hut plants trees, which makes the forest. Both the woodcutter and the logging camp cut trees from the forest. I originally looked at the picture the same way, but then i realised, it's not saying the forester feeds the woodcutter.

Are you sure that the foresters feed woodcutters lodge? When I started the game this was my assumption as well, but I am quite sure that they are independent of each other and both will cut down trees.

Admittedly, only 2 crafting stations total still means one family can easily keep those occupied.

Maybe one day someone makes a list for all artisans or better yet all industry showing how many crafting stations the building / production line has.

I always had the impression that more families sped up artisan production speed. After Napolek's comment, I decided to verify it myself, so I observed a butcher doing sausage production for a few months, and only ever saw one family member crafting at a time. If you or other people have confirmed two crafters at a butcher, then it's obviously possible and my observation remains an anomaly

Just tested butchers: You can have all family members of all families collect and slaughter sheep at the same time.

For sausage production, it seems with 2 families on the plot, you can have 2 members craft, regardless of gender or what family they belong too (so 1 of each or 2 of one but 0 from the other).
Upgrading to 4 families still only had 2 people craft sausages at any one time, so the butcher is indeed limited to just 2 crafting stations, sadly. All remaining members of the household can help transporting meat and salt for production, but you hardly need 10 people hauling and only 2 crafting.

I haven't tested the butcher itself, but most artisans have more than one crafting station and using double plots or t3 plots speeds up production significantly.

Are you talking about butchering livestock or sausage production when you're saying butchers only have a single crafting station?

@NAPOLEK Aah you're right actually, just tested it myself in my butcher. I thought you had one family member crafting per family, but it's actually one family member per plot. So no higher production rate. More family members do help with transporting though
