I will try to provide in the future what talent that will increase in each ability in the future, because some icons of the skills are a bit misleading like Soul Lunge from Ghostmancer looks like ArcaneTalent will increase but in actuality it will increase ShadowTalent.

Tips and Extra Notes(WIP)
This tips for classes and builds are my own opinion, it is best for you to make your own build to enjoy the game at your own way.
The strongest offensive abilities for me are the ones that can multi-strike more than 3 times, and the ones that uses Combo Points that goes above 5+% per Combo Point at most. Reasoning for this is because the battles can be ended under 5-8 turns even the strongest enemies, also prolonging the battles will increase the chance your team getting annihilated by HP threshold attacks from the bosses and most of them in Mystic Epic mode have stronger attacks that are AoE at most.

Here's the list of class and offensive ability that Multi-strike and uses Combo Point:
  • Archer Level 5 - Chain Shot(Strong damaging multi-strike, combine this with Craft Rank SS Sparks Deft Move, Archer Level 3 Willpower Precision, and Thief Level 5 Willpower Perception you can accumulate 9 Combo Points also dealing a strong damage.)(In my previous run I able to deal 7x8000-10000++ damage without the special orb buffs in the final battle.)
  • Dragonslayer Level 6 - Dragonbane(Powerhouse Attack)
  • Illusionist Level 2 - Mirage Thrust(Pathetic damaging multi-strike, but combine this with Mystery : Infinity, Craft Rank SS Sparks Deft Move, Illusionist Level 5 Sparks Phantom Strike, Illusionist Level 6 Willpower Time Distortion, and Frost Wizard Level 5 Willpower Absolute Cooldown you can accumulate a total of 98 COMBO POINTS in a single round as long all of the attacks didn't got Guard by the boss' defense. Mystery : Infinity is being applied twice because of Sparks Phantom Strike then reactive it with Willpower Absolute Cooldown you are getting 4 actions.) Note: I have a feeling this might get patched in the future if they ever make a new update.
  • Judicator Level 6 - Holy Verdict(Powerhouse Attack)
  • Pursuer Level 5 - Comet Strike(Decent damaging multi-strike, for me its only good against bosses or hard battles that have more than 2 enemies which is nearly 25% only of the whole game.)
  • Spell Swordsman Level 6 - Supreme Blade(Powerhouse Attack)
  • Thief Level 6 - Blink of Death(Powerhouse Attack)
  • Witch Level 6 - Ultimate Spell(Special mention because it uses MP and Combo Point at the same time even though its only 2% each per point.)

A good combination of Sparks, Willpower,Traits, and classes for me are the following:
  • Dragon Slayer Level 2 - Sincerity
  • Lancer Level 3 - Daring Resolve
  • Lancer Level 4 - Decisive Blow
  • Spell Swordsman Level 3 - Lethal Calm
  • Thief Level 5 - Perception
  • BlessingTalent Rank S - Amplification+
  • SwordArtTalent Rank SS - Blade Soul
First of all the Lancer line, Level 3 Daring Resolve is a willpower that gives 3 stacks of Lethality that caps in 4 which cost 75 Willpower then Level 4 Decisive Blow a sparks that consumes all of the Lethality stacks the character will gain 15% damage each stacks. Combining all of those two will net you 60% Damage Boost at 4 stacks.
Second like the Lancer line, Spell Swordsman Level 3 Lethal Calm works like Decisive Blow but it uses Focus and Thief Level 5 Perception is also just the Focus version of Daring Resolve but only cost 50 Willpower.
But using this combinations will cost 125 Willpower so using the Dragon Slayer Level 2 - Sincerity your character can single handedly manage all of it for you own powerhouse attack.
Combining all of the mentioned Sparks, Willpower, and Traits. You will gain around 150+++% Damage Boost and a bonus 100% Crit Damage from SwordArtTalent Rank SS - Blade Soul.
The greatest caveat for this is, it uses 14 out of 36 Class Levels, Chosen One Background, and some grinding to some Talent to get the maximum output from this combination.

Currently Heavy Warrior Level 3 Invincible is bugged when using Willpower Endurance or anytime Nameless or Andy gets Persistence, rather than getting 5 Strength in 1 stack of Persistence you can get 10 Strength instead. This bug might have happened by reverse because they coded the buff incorrectly with the idea of making this with Nameless One Background start which gives 2 stacks of Persistence which should be the one that will get 10 Strength but instead only getting the bugged 10 Strength even though Nameless gets 2 Persistence via Endurance.
Heavy Warrior Level 3 Invincible is pretty good for Strength builds, getting raw 5-10 Strength on early-game is quite strong up until late-game. Persistence also don't have a cap unlike most buffs so you can keep on accumulating Strength Buff.

Current max party level is 40 and Total of Awaken Point is 369 including Awaken Points from New Game Plus or 36 Classes Level that's getting all of the points without losing a single one from a Rest.

@Arma some classes are hard to trace back for me especially if you already in new game plus multiple times. To find the direct point where Witch should be unlock will be a bit tedious task that will take me maybe 6+++ hours from a fresh save depends on what part of the game.

Though I have a guess it should be around the Mist Forest rest conversation also their first entry on it. If someone able to clarify that I'll update it the guide.

Just wanted to point out that I got Andy to unlock Witch during a rest conversation in my first game (no ng+), I don't know why, but Andy asked Mew if she could teach him magic and she did. It's possible that other classes that you get in ng+ are available in a normal game if you fulfill some prerequisites.

"Beyond Limits" will raise the limit of success rate from 200% to 300%, the +40% means every 2.5% beyond 200%-300% the damage will increase by 1%.
So far there's no other ways to increase success rate other than raw stats and equipments if my memory is right.

Does anyone know what the capstone for lancer does exactly?
"Beyond Limits" - Gain up to 300% success rate. +40% damage at max.
Does this mean you gain success rate while in combat, and then once it maxes out you get 40% more damage?
Is the success rate supplied by the Trait? Or do I need to get up to 300% more myself.
