What is this guide?
Achievements, they are optional and we are free to ignore them if we want. And yet, we all want them, badly. But how, when there’s no visual stats in the game?

Well I have no idea, I’m not a dev.

But I have a free afternoon so here’s some ranked lists to use as references. After all, there’s a total of 28 crops in the game, 22 veggies/grains and 6 fruits/herbs. We need organized info. I will also be noting down things that may help.
Crops & Fruits, ranked by singular value
10 coins - Heart Fruit
7 coins - Strawberry
6 coins - Red grape, White Grape, Lavender, Rosemary, Cabbage, Cauli
5 coins - Turnip, Radish, Corn, Hops, Bok Choy, Rice, Eggplant
4 coins - Potato, Onion, Red Cabbage, Cucumber
3 coins - Blueberry, Lettuce, Zucchini, Rye, Sugar Root
2 coins - Carrot, Wheat, Tomato, Sunflower
Crops & Fruits, ranked by value (total harvest)
42 coins- Strawberry

Does crop yield matter?
The wording of the achievements is ‘Harvest 10,000 plants’. Generic enough for us to never know for sure.

A full field is 216 tiles, minus one tile each for sprinklers, and 1 more tile for the well, you get 216 - 25 = 191 maximum tiles for planting.

-If yield doesn't matter, you have to harvest a full field about 52 times to finish that quest. In this case, just go for the crop with fastest growing time (carrot probably).

-If yield matters, you can choose to plant a 4 yield crop or a multiple harvest 6 yield crops.
-For a 4 yield crop, you have to do it 13 times.
-For a 6 yield crop, you have to harvest a full field about 8 times x regrowths.
For example - strawberries regrows once, each time giving 3 berries, so our 8 harvests is actually 16 harvests. in the end the difference isn't that big.

The actualy number you need will be less, assuming everyone would already played like 4 hours before going for the achievement, and have already accumulated harvests beforehand.

Edit: after playing and getting both water + money achievements before getting 10k harvests, I think it's safe to say that yield don't matter and you have to actually click and harvest 10k times before it pops. Time to mass farm carrots.
Water usage - should we leave the sprinklers on?
There’s a money counter in the game, but there’s no water/harvest counter, so unless the dev or someone with coding experience gets into the game, here’s what I know.

-Water level on the right drains in about 2 minutes 25 seconds(for a 176 tiles field), probably faster if you have more soil tiles.

-Each planted crop has a water level that slowly goes down from 10.

-When crops finish growing, water level stays at 10/10.

-Multiple harvest crops like tomatoes and zucchinis will drain water again after each harvest.

-After harvesting a crop, the tile will reset to 0/10 water level.

-Crops that take longer to grow will drain more water.

-While having sprinklers, the water meter on the right continues to drain even if the crops are fully grown. No idea if this drain contributes toward the total water usage.
General strategy - multiple harvest vs. one time
Let’s assume everyone is going for all three achievements at the same time.

You will want to finish the 'Complete 250 orders' first so we can freely plant whatever we likes.

-Some one time crops are good, but most require crafting to add value, and the better ones take longer to grow.
-Multiple harvest crops not only yield more, worth more, drain more water, but also worth more toward harvest count. Only drawback is they requires more clicking.

I think a safe strategy is pick a multiple harvest crop like Strawberry, start working toward the massive 100,000 coins quest, then pray that you get the water and harvests during the process, or after. If you grow only Strawberry in a 191 tile field, it will take about 12 full field harvest to reach 100k, by that time you would already be exceeding the 10,000 harvests and hopefully close to using 10,000L of water.

You can also choose a more valuable crop like Lavender or Sunflower and use them for crafting since crafting makes lots of money, but you will need space for crafters and will have less space for farming. Plus, it takes IRL time. I will list some simple crafting recipes just for funsies.
Crafting recipes that require 1 ingredient/1 machine
Name, Ingredients, Time, Value (how many you need to farm to reach 100k coins)

Oil, 6 Sunflower, 4:10, 20 coins (1250 Sunflowers)
Lavender Oil, 6 Lavender, 6:00, 56 coins (~2,6k Lavenders)
Sauerkraut, 3 Cabbage, 3:50, 22 coins (~13,7k Cabbages)
Vinegar, 3 Red Grape, 3:00, 35 coins (~2,1k Red Grapes)
2 Red Wine, 5 Red Grape, 5:20, 92 coins (~1,3k Red Grapes)
2 White Wine, 5 White Grape, 5:50, 94 coins (~1,3k White Grapes)
Beer, 3 Hops, 5:00, 24 coins (~6,250 Hops)

I will not calculate the time we need to make all that.
Why?
Making lists help clears my mind, so this is more for me than for you guys, but if anyone find out something about how the achivements work, feel free to comment.

Regarding the 10000L of water one, sprinklers count regardless of land being near them or not. I sold all of the farmland and filled the plots with T3 sprinklers and got it 4 hours after the 5000L one. most of that 4 hours was because i wasn't done with the harvest one until 3 hours in, so fairly effective.
