US Tram | Brookville Liberty NXT

The Brookville Liberty NXT is a modern streetcar (tram) built by Brookville Equipment Corporation. It is the successor to their orginal Brookville Liberty Street car. It is a low floor vehicle capable of short off wire power through a battery pack.

The NXT features design includes a new carbody design that exceeds ASME RT-1 design requirements for streetcar crashworthiness (allowing it to comply with all California Public Utility Commission buff strength requirements), customizable anticlimber and coupler heights, and an optional roof-mounted onboard energy storage system (OESS).
