step one rimworld gets new dlc
step two you don't hafve erntogh money for now for it due to bad tieming
step three mods need the new dlc to work.
steep four snece you can't sue mods bescue you don't have the mnory to get new dlc for now
step 5 sopt playing for qute a bit untill you get entoh mnoy for the dlc to amke your mods work.
thats how you stop playing dlc. it worked for me for a whilw fora few years at least.
*takes laptop out of casket and opens Rimworld*
