Corporate capacity can now be determined by GDP growth in addition to technology research.
If GDP is over 10M and you have researched Corporate Charters, it gets +1, if GDP is over 10M and you have researched Corporations, it gets +2, if GDP is over 25M and you have researched Corporations, it gets +3, if GDP is over 50M and you have researched Investment Banking, it gets +4, if GDP is over 100M and you have researched Corporate Governance, it gets +5 if GDP is over 250M and you have researched Macroeconomics.
