Improved Pipebomb Blending

Beskrivning
Unlike the molotov and vomitjar, the pipebomb's deploy animation doesn't have any blending, this simply fixes that.

That was intentional, although i'll go ahead and make it use the adrenaline's deploy sound instead.

For some reason this mod changes the deploy sound to use defibrillator's? I have a custom defib deploy sound, every time I equip the pipe bomb I hear it.
