General health tips to avoid sickness during play
While playing both the demo and the full version of Dreamcore, you may have experienced a worsening of your well-being, or dizziness or nausea. This is caused by overly aggressive filters designed to make the game similar to a dream combined with the effects of a CRT screen and a VHS tape. In my case, after about 45 minutes of play, I was unable to continue - I was dizzy and felt like I would just throw up if I continued playing. That is why I am giving you some tips on how to play this game comfortably:

1. Turn off all CRT and VHS filters and the Head Bobbing option in the gameplay options, as well as Motion Blur in the graphics options
2. Change the graphics mode to window and a lower resolution, e.g. 1280x720
3. If you have 2 monitors, in the case of larger spaces where you go from exit to exit, give your eyes a rest and look at something else on the second screen while you moving. There is an entity in this game, but it is not so easy to find it if you get the flashlight
4. If none of the methods above helped, do shorter game sessions, e.g. 15 minutes each. You do not have to worry about losing progress - the game automatically saves when you exit. So there is no risk of starting over
5. More of a spoiler - if you played the demo, you surely remember in the case of Dreampools that you have to go back to the place where you started the game. In the full version, after finding the flashlight, it is enough to find any door leading to the basements of Dreampools, each of them has its own elevator and thus you can safely finish the game without having to backtrack.
