REMIX: TEC-9

Mixes an edited version of the TEC-9 from CS:GO with the "Blaster 9mm" animations from PAYDAY 2, ported by yours truly.
This has been in the backlog for a while due to constant multiple changes done while making it so I just wanted to get it over and done with.

Replaces the Silenced SMG.

• Mostly faithful PAYDAY 2 animations. (Reload has been adjusted to fit within the vanilla timings)
  
• Alternative stock thingy with a jiggly swivel, inspired by the FTAC Siege from MWII and MWIII
  
• Custom run animation
  
• Inspect animation that plays randomly when idling for a while
  
• Tweaked textures and shading
  
• Includes an alternative TLS skin
  
• HUD icon

Source files are in the mod in a .7z file. I technically don't "own" these animations so go nuts, just please credit me for the porting and OVERKILL Software/Starbreeze Studios for the original animations.
