"The Stalker is a Necromorph that attacks its prey by means of flanking and group tactics. They approach slowly and quietly in order not to be discovered while they get closer, making them harder to notice."

Aside from Charger includes also footstep sounds.
Idle noises are muted.

Unfortunately all I keep hearing is a deranged rooster with a sore throat, and it's consequently not horrifying for me. Glad others like it nonetheless.
