Yes, the RNG is built in, it rotates skins randomly as RNG mean "Random Number Generator" it rolls through numbers and selects a skin/look.

@Solar, It's a limitation in le script, as its, like what multo said, "thats how the rng script works", so yeah, he can't do much in that field.
