Tips
1. Increase the games' win rate at the Admin icon of the office's PC.
2. Follow the top left instructions, DO NOT BUY EXTRA SLOT MACHINES until the instructions tell you to do so. Several instructions will provide additional money so it is best to follow them completely.
3. Get to Level 3 ASAP so that you can hire Richard, the Chips Cashier.
4. If you haven't figured it out by now, walk towards the CHEATER to chase them away.
5. Your next goal is Level 6 so that you can hire Amanda, the Cash Cashier. From here onward, income is automatic and you can focus on customising your Casino looks, explore the city etc.

P.S. Feel free to add on other tips which I have missed out. Also despite the negative reviews, this game has potential to be great in my opinion. That's why I took the effort to create this guide.
