Few Easy Steps
Here’s a method that works for me
Step 1
Start another game on your PC first (you can use Boosteroid or your own PC just for start game). This ensures that Kingdom Come: Deliverance won’t automatically launch when you start GeForce Now.
Step 2
Once inside Steam on GeForce Now, open Settings, navigate to the Downloads section, and switch your download region.
When prompted, allow Steam to restart.
Step 3
After Steam restarts, go to your Steam library in GeForce Now, right-click KCD, select Properties, and open the Workshop tab. Locate one of your mods, check its box, uncheck it, and then check it again. This will trigger the mod download.
Step 4
Every time you start the game You’ll have to repeat these 3 steps each time you launch the game.
Now we are Happy
Enjoy

DemonkleSNK i think its impossible via GFN, only steam workshop is avaible...

From FAQ:

Why Mods Are Restricted on GFN

GeForce NOW streams games from NVIDIA's servers, which means you don't have direct access to the game's installation files or directories. This setup limits your ability to install or manage mods, as you would on a local machine. Additionally, NVIDIA enforces strict policies to ensure game stability and security, often disallowing modifications that could compromise the gaming experience or violate terms of service.

Exceptions and Workarounds

Some games on GFN may support mods through official channels, such as Steam Workshop. In these cases, mods can be integrated via the game's built-in mod support, provided the game and GFN allow it. However, this support is limited and varies by game.

Interesting guide, thank you for sharing this. But gotta ask a question: how would I do that with 'external mods', say from Nexus through a Mod manager?

Would that require the same process?

filippo.pietrobon , i dont uderstand, you must run KCD2 via GFN and you can see it,

and continue...right-click KCD2, select Properties, and open the Workshop tab. Locate one of your mods, check its box, uncheck it, and then check it again.
