Go to %USERPROFILE%\Documents\My Games\Hunted\DFGame\Config\
Open DFENGINE.INI.
Find and change bSmoothFrameRate=true to false or increase the value for MaxSmoothedFrameRate to the desired value.
Save changes and exit.
