Difficulty does not affect achievements so do it on the easiest setting. I did all achievements (except Debt) in one run. Note some can be missable (e.g. getting Art unlocked will lock you out of one)






JSM Ending: Debt
- let loan accumulate to 200k

JSM Ending: Overdue
- fail to pay taxes 3 times

JSM Ending: Warned
- with 1HP, die to the trap in Owl Lich Cave

JSM Ending: Nonenterprising
- pay loan and be satisfied

JSM Ending: Million
- after paying loan, do 1m challenge in 30 minutes
- best to do it before 1k permits so you can still sell permits
- Note: you can't continue after winning

JSM Ending: Permitted
- sell 1k permits and talk to permit supplier

JSM Ending: Oversight (missable)
- do NOT unlock Art product
- get portal shortcut to the art area for production land through the product quest for fruit
- get inspiration somehow (chance to get some from upgrade of Echidna, silver customer)
- with inspiration, go to easel and create Art

JSM Ending: Apple (missable)
- have 1 orange to grow a lily pad (right of the static-y area just try to interact with the water) to be able to reach him
- with spoiled orange (from Apple Chest 45), go to orange salesman and anger him
- once angered, talk to apple custard in bar and meet her at the apple grove (beyond apple chest 50)
- use mug with them to get infused mug and use it to capture orange salesman and you'll get the customer apple matriarch in exchange for apple custard
- Unsure how to trigger but when talking to Apple Matriarch with 190k greedy apply profit and full 50k mat. Maybe display the apple bookcase decor too
- she gives you the apple slice spell. Use it to trigger an ending

JSM Ending: Horse (missable)
- buy both horse customer upgrades and set all the horse decorations in your shop
- do all cursed skeleton/ accessory until where skeleton is in the area beyond the toilets (" "somewhere they definitely shouldn't be") which can only be accessed by getting a key from the battlepass product quest
- go to horse dimension (get Horse customer and talk to it multiple times)

21 Customer Cards can be bought. 7 for each Rank (Bronze, Silver, Gold)
Customer Cards will only show up when you have the appropriate access to products

Some Customer Cards are needed to unlock access to certain areas.

• Bee - Beehive (has Chest 35 which has Wild Ascension spell)
