Custom Skin
Up to 16 can be installed.
  1. Open the local "Cento" files. (C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Cento)
  2. Place your created PNG files in the Data\custom_shell folder.
  3. Launch the game and you can change your character's appearance from the Equipment.
(Try moving tetori2.png from the sample folder to the custom_shell folder as a test!)
Creation Instructions
Create 38 PNG images of 96×80 size and combine them horizontally into a single PNG (3648×80).
If you own "Aseprite," please use the ASE files in the sample folder for production. If using other software, please utilize template.png for your creation.
Custom Music
Simple Explanation
Create music file (ogg) and chart file (ini), and place them in Cento/Data/custom_stage.

Music File
  • Up to 16 can be installed.
  • Songs with tempo changes are not recommended.
  • Convert the music to ogg format.
  • If there is a blank section at the beginning of the song, the rhythm may be off.
(Use Audacity or other DTM software to check the above two points.)
Chart File
  • Use the same filename as the music file.
  • Write various items in the ini file based on the explanations below or refer to videos.

BTW wish there has a track editor in game. It's inconvenient to switch between game and music app to check it

Can the BPM enable to supprot the number under decimal point? I just put in a track that isn't integer and key in the correct BPM (with decimal), but in-game that track is off beat

We're now one step removed from legitimate custom characters with unique items and moves ! Honestly super exciting - I'm definitely gonna try and see about getting my own in there when I can.

Music stuff's also surprisingly really intuitive! I was scared I wouldn't get it at all but it's simple to figure out.

This is fantastic news! <3
What about the other file in the "Data" folder - M_desc.csv ? Is that intended to be there - and can it be used to make custom translations for the game?

You should definitely consider Steam Workshop support or something similar as well as custom stage support in the future, this is so easy to use and I can see a budding modding scene for this game given an easy way to share and find creations :D Great work as always, hanzaki!

Many, but not all, sprites used in the game are made with this palette.

ASEファイルでは、すべてのキャラクターの色がパレットに含まれていますか?
In the ASE file, are the colors for all characters included in the palette?
