Marselo Expert here, omg the nerfs, all of his tech is gone. The main big part of Marselo's kit was the shine he got from switching, it delt like no damage, but was always a big combo tool, without it the whole flow is just kinda not there. Another big thing is there is no "quick switching" which is basically when you switch shortly after you hit someone with an attack (most commonly used on the Scooter and the Up special), its a great extender, especially in tandem with his switching knockback. Out of all of these though id say its the only one I can see why it wouldnt be there. Lastly is that the scooter is very different to the Rivals one, The charge time i'm fine with, its just in rivals you can kinda fast fall with the scooter, which gave it a different trajectory, which isnt in this version, its an understandable change but it would be nice to be added nonetheless.

Still great port, although I still think its missing some key features that really make this character who he is
