Once you have completed the game (any ending should work) stay on the main menu. Eventually, you will see the red demon appear in he lower left corner:



















Click on him and you will unlock a purple icon in the bottom right corner, allowing you access the special menu. This menu allows you to speed up the text, and see a time counter which is handy for the "Fast Fenling" achievement:
