I recommend starting on Regular difficulty and completing the game without taking any damage. If you get hit, simply reload your last save—thanks to the auto-save feature, you won’t lose much progress.

Secrets of Lord Kraven - Examine your first object.
This one is nearly impossible to miss since notes are scattered throughout the game. The earliest chance to unlock it is right at the start—just check the table directly to your left.

Handyman - Obtain the secret key.
You'll find this right after collecting the first model piece. When you return to the main entrance, the glass covering the center table will shatter, revealing the key.

Bibliophilia - Survive the library encounter.
Story related, cannot be missed.


Architect - Obtain the secret gear.
After obtaining the Medallion and having the ghost place the White Room model on the table, attach the Library to the top left door by connecting it. Then, place the Attic at the bottom left door. Enter the Library’s upper section and proceed to the Attic to find the Gear.

Kraven metalworks Employee - Obtain the secret lever.
After setting up the path to the White Room, move through the rooms until you reach the Liar Puzzle. Instead of going straight ahead, take the right doorway and interact with the lever on your left. It will detach—pick it up and use the small lift in the floor to send it up.

Ritual Maleficum - Survive the white room.
Story related, cannot be missed.


A Vast Tunnel - Better Play It Safe - Escapist - should all unlock at the end of the first Playthrough if you followed the guide :)


For your second playthrough, don’t press “Begin.” Instead, go to “Options,” set the difficulty to Nightmare, and click “Continue.” This will take you straight to the boss fight, where you can defeat it and unlock the last two achievements.

Lysergic Acid Diethylamide and Nusquam Tibi Relinquam should both unlock after beating the boss on Nightmare difficulty during the 2nd Playthrough.
