I haven't seen anyone else offer this method yet so thought I'd share a really easy way to unlock it without using the trash can!

I unlocked this on mayhem mode, day 2. You need to use mayhem mode to spawn the customers/thief quickly and at the same time (might take a few tries depending on what items you have on your table).

First you need to have a mix of really low value ($1-$10) & high value ($100+) items on your table. You also need to have around $100~ in cash to spawn the thief, so after day 1 spend as much as you can in the shop/black market etc. and leave money at home.

When you start a new day, and whenever you collect cash from a customer, it will give you the cash to collect in blue on the right side of the table - DO NOT CLICK IT! DO NOT COLLECT ANY EXTRA CASH!













































First you need to get your cash down to $100~ if you haven't already.

Pull the items off the belt & add them onto your table. You need to give the wrong items to the customers, but make sure you give high value items to those with low value requests eg. if someone is asking for a pen ($2) then give them the dog in cage ($150). This will deduct $150 from your cash.















You need to make sure you have at least one $100 item still on your table by the time you've got your cash down. It might take a few tries to get (don't worry if you lose the game, you can press continue & it will re-load the level with the same items on your table!)

Make sure you keep an eye on your thermometer while giving the incorrect items to customers, too many & the game will end. You can still give the correct items to make sure the thermometer doesn't fill up but select those requesting low value items & remember DO NOT COLLECT THEIR CASH REWARD!

Once your cash is down, play as normal - ignore the thief as we want him to take our cash, and give the customers the items they ask for without collecting the cash rewards.

To unlock the achievement - wait until the thief & the customer arrive at the same time, and give the customer an incorrect high value item (more value than your current cash amount). The game will end & the achievement will unlock!

It took me a couple of tries as it will depend on the items on your table!
