The problem is that Windows11 doesn't contain required Visual C++ Redistributable Packages for Visual Studio 2013.
How to fix.
Just follow this link: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=40784 and download following files:
Run downloaded files.
Just run downloaded files and you are good to go :)
