The What
In this guide, I'll be providing a description of all the Electro-Pests(16 so far) that I've mapped the locations of, and a relatively straightforward path to get them all in rapid succession.
The Why
In order to unlock the final journal entry on Electro-Pests, you need a bloody 600 kills of just this pesky fella.

Now this wouldn't be as much of an issue, if it weren't for the fact that it appears to only spawn in the Cascade Laboratories sector.
The Pesky
So the 16 thus far Electro-Pest locations are as follows:

#1: As you enter Cascade Laboratories from the cafeteria, take the bottom path and go right. #1 will likely hop out of Particle Labs.

#2: Head up the stairs you passed on your way to #1, and enter the upper floor of Particle Labs. #2 will be in the changing room.

#3: On your way to #1, you'll pass a Maintenance Access door that leads into the Wildlife Pens. Enter it, take out the Exor Monk(Assuming you didn't take it out earlier. It has a habit of opening the door and walking out.), and go up the ladder. Go through the door, and opposite the Dr. Manse hologram is another ladder. Go up it and electro pest #3 is your prize.

#4: From #1, head in the direction of the tram stop in Labs. On your way you'll pass a Supply Room on your right, #4 is inside.

#5: Make your way to the tram stop in Labs. #5 spawns in the toilets, but you may encounter it just outside. It too likes to wander.

#6: From #5, opposite the toilets is a stairwell. Head upstairs. #6 is in the first door on your right.

#7: As you enter the room with #6. Head through the opening in the wall on your right. #7 will soon greet you.

#8: In the same general room as #7, usually hiding on the other side of the desk with computers. #8 will await your arrival.

#9: Make your way to the giant elevator in C. Blocks, then head for Containment Block DIRAC. Take out the Exor, and enter the door on the right. #9 will be in this area. It may be on either side of the bridge(you may encounter it on the way back, due to a possible late spawn.).

#10: Head back to the elevator. Go up 1 floor, and make your way to the Adjustment Wing. Enter the Maintenance Access door you'll pass on your left to find #10.

#11: Continue heading towards the Adjustment Wing. Greet the Exor manning the reception, and #11 will be right behind him.

#12: Head inside the Adjustment Wing. Greet the Exor up the stairs, and head into the changing rooms he was guarding to find #12.

#13: This one is in the same area as #12, often behind the glass(if it's still there.) on the right.

#14: Head back to the giant elevator, and ride it all the way to the top, and make your way to the room the furniture store exits into. From there, head up the stairs. #14 will greet you.

#15: From #14, head left, head around the desks, and in the corner on the right, #15 will be lying in ambush.

#16: From 15#, head through the next door, and turn right. Head through the yellow door, and jump the gap. #16 will be on your right.

Now do this

(((600-X)/16)-(((600-X)/16)%1))+1
where X=The number of Electro-Pests already killed

more times.
Addendum
I'm aware that there are more electro pests further in the game.
I plan on creating a more extensive guide, that also covers other enemies that need to be farmed in huge numbers, somewhere down the line, but for now I'm still busy with another from start to finish run, due to the new content update we got with the 1.0 drop. I like this game a lot, and i do a lot of experimenting, so don't expect me to speedrun it. However once i'm done I'll start working on a guide for wrapping up all the enemies you might not have enough kills on post game.

Still a work in progress because i have a lot going on right now and not a lot of energy but at least i got started i'm hoping that having it there at all will keep me from dropping it altogether and ensure i keep working on it

currently have a route in offices, manufacturing and labs that will reliably get me around 10 peccaries of which 6 are a guaranteed spawn the format of this guide doesn't work too well with probable spawns so i'm also working on an alternative format and terminology

I look forward to it. I'm currently working on my Exors and Peccarys. I've got 5 Exors that I know of... one of them is a gamble if it will win or the zombies that share a room with it. Peccarys I have 4-5 maybe 6 if I'm lucky to have spawn.

@FireLaney i'm aware i plan to update this guide and tie in another down the line currently busy mapping out guaranteed spawns and likely spawns for all kill X registry entries and weighing which to include and exclude based on density and ease of access

I've been able to find 18 more in the hydroplant. Mostly around the tram that takes you there and the waterfall apartments.

that being said i might create one for normal pests down the line

@Hermet76Dees that one's easiest to do if you either clear out the starting area regularly where they spawn a lot or hold off on suppressing portal storm events on your base another option is to create the pest teleporter and start farming anteverse wheat like crazy

I wish there was a version for normal pests because I want to one hundred percent the game there might be a normal pest version I’ll keep farming the two normal pests in the office sector that always spawn near each other

Yeah, this is about the only down-side I've found to having my base above the Aquarium in the Labs, since it cuts back on the Electro-Pest spawns.
