Im not gonna lie, I unlocked these by just slowly tuning through AM and then FM, but here are exact stations if you need. (Try going back and forth until you get the signal around these spots)

Listen to the company broadcast
820 AM

Listen to It Came from the Aether
95.5 FM

Listen to Father Floodplain and the Midnight Communion
107.1 FM

Listen to all radio stations in one shift
This is where if you're missing the achievement just slowly tune through both AM and FM
FM: 88, 90.2 95.5, 103.9, 107.1
AM: 820

I kinda just clicked around and inputted random numbers at times, any four digit number got touched

Receive a cryptic message through the GPS.
Your supervisor will tell you to jot down this code when you listen to him after finishing incident file 12.2 - 4248

Try the radio code on the GPS.
Once the lights flick red when you finish the last incident file, check your desk calendar in the red lighting (the voices also say it over the intercom) - 1029

Try a rudementary Location ID on the GPS.
Type in the year that it is in game - 1986

What's a little warlock doing on the GPS?
This one is a little tricky cuz i haven't found proper lore about why it is what it is. Think of a sci-fi book title by Ray Bradbury that has to do with books and firemen (maybe because of the firefighter benefit flyer?) - 0451

There are two endings to the game, you will have to do a playthrough for each

Release the specimen.
Type in True as the Value when you get to Freeing the Specimen

Keep the Specimen contained.
Type in False as the Value when you get to Freeing the Specimen
