if my memory serves me right then uh you click on the food when giving the islander food that you have ingredients for and itll give you the option to make the food

How do I make food? I have all the ingridients but I can't figure out how to combine them. I have viewed the recipes and own them all, but when I open the food menu, how do you combine ingridients?
