The achievement is found in e01_m01.

After the first cut scene, claw your way out of the tunnel & proceed until you reach a teal hued flame that serves as your save point throughout COVEN. On the right hand side there is a barn & a corn maze.


















Enter the barn & kill the villagers. In a pile of loose hay, next to round hay bales & burning corpses, a family crest shall be.


















Afterwards, proceed until you take a fall into a pit in which you use fire sight. NOTE: If you did not obtaining the family crest before falling down, you must die or boot a past save. If you save after the fall & do not have the crest you must restart the level.


















After activating it & making your way through the tunnel, enter the nearest home on the right hand side.


















Place the family crest on the fireplace mantle to reveal a secret door to the immediate right that hides a human slaughter house in which flesh is converted to meat pies. There is one such meat pie that bears the Quake 1 logo, eat it for the achievement.
