To be brief, then:
The mod adds a settings menu right in the game, where you can customize clothes and costumes in REAL TIME!!
You can also choose neko ears, a cat-tail, a bunny girl costume, you can even take everything off!!

This mod was appreciated even by the game developers, be sure to try it!

The quality of life changes alone are a literal game changer, being able to run saves a lot of time when replaying the game. Mod was easy to install on windows but more complicated on linux.
