It's Kris Dreemur, from the hit indie game "Five Nights at Freddy" by John Notch

Notes:

* Created entirely within HTIII's vanilla character editor
* All three outfits are identical, save for Officer which gives Kris the horn headband seen in their room
* Has taunts, but no moves
* The broken transparency on the hair texture is deliberate, it's meant to replicate the shading around their eyes
* HTIII only allows for male or female characters so I left Kris as male (will change if MDickie ever releases the coveted Hard Time III Pronouns DLC)
