40% or lower (lvl 48 jewel lvl 24 prism)
(jewels and prisms have different effectiveness)

snake staff (lvl 29 mind)
(increases mind spell power)20%
vampiric staff (lvl 49 water)
(although it decreases spell power by 5% it increases max mana by 6000+)
robes of time (lvl 36 time)
(for more max mana) 3k max mana

synergizer 15% to armor/weapon (lvl 49 space)
alchemist cowl 20% to accessories( lvl 45 posion)

this is the build that let me reach 150k
I used snake staff (mind spell power set) to cast mana expansion spell
then I swapped back to max mana build/set to reach it

I also used pilgrimage of mind to boost spell
and you can also use earth mind in synchro to boost it further
aswell as land to get more building that increase max mana
(I didnt use these 2)

earth and space icons in synchro
and align the stars spell(space spell idk lvl)
so anything that also boosts mind spell power is good
and you can spell craft align the stars for better crafting
transmutation prayer (quality)(storyline)
for spell lvl to affect lvl crafting boost
