Take the red key at the PC and use it on the red closet in the next room, then bring the teddy there.
Click on the closet again to get jumpscared. (to spawn the teddy in the gift box)
In the next room on the left, take the key inside the bowl on top of the fireplace to open the surgery room. Pick up the scalpel and use it on the zombie, then take the heart and use it on the chest. A big button will pop up, use it on the red button in the bathroom to open the dancing room.

Back to the surgery's room chest, find the dartboard, put it on the nail in the next room and use the rubber duck on the dartboard, sunglasses will drop. -glasses



Get the teddy from the giftbox and put it inside the zombie interiors.
Then take the teddy from the zombie and put it in the freezer.
Now take the hair dryer from the top cabinet near the toilet where you found the gem and use it on the ice block in the freezer.
Take the final teddy to the mail box.
Bring the hand crank from the chest near the mailbox in the locker.
The crank and lever can be used to alternate opening the way to the maze and the cemetery.
Follow the left wall inside the maze to find the pipe (needs all 4 gems for the chest to open)



To be able to leave through the golden door in the maze, you'll need to activate the lever in the locker room on the left, after the fence, in the cemetery. The golden door in the maze can be found by following the left wall.
To be able to leave through the golden door in the cemetery, you'll need to activate the crank by following the right wall in the maze.
