Second attempt.

This time I tried to just replace Alyx and Mossman lines so they can't be affected by the Consul Voice Port, just put this over the normal one.

I'm leaving the 1.0 edition just in case.

i've been using the gold substance addon but i might change to that one later

I think there's an addon that replaces G-Man lines with HD versions, maybe that can be a good replacement?

i forgot that g-man also has ai lines but it's up to you if you wanna restore those too. i haven't gone thru the whole mod to find all the ai lines yet

you should add odessa's lines to this too so 3.0 can be truly ai-free
