Steam Deck Very Playable HOWTO

Greetings Steam Deckers!

I was waiting for quite while to be able to play Pacific Drive on the go on the Steam Deck with decent settings and performance.
With the help of the newly released Decky-Framegen plugin and some tweaks, this is now possible.

Here's what you have to do:

Set GPU VRAM allocation to 4GB from the Steam Deck's BIOS
Install Decky-Framegen plugin in the Decky loader (there are plenty of guides and tutorials online on how to do so, I will not cover it here)
Install PowerTools in the Decky loader (how to not covered here)
Apply the Framegen mod for Pacific Drive
Launch Pacific Drive
From the video settings menu activate DLSS with quality upscalling
I set Anti-Aliasing on low and everything else on medium
Disable Headlight cast Shadow and Screen Space Shadows. set every remaining options to low or off.
Open the Optiscaler (part of the Decky-Framegen plugin, by assigning "insert" key to one of the Steam Deck buttons and then press it while in game)
From the Optiscaler select FSR 3.X as the upscaler and activate Framegen and hit Apply (***for Optiscaler config you might need to have a mouse connected to your Steam Deck as I was unable to select anything just by using the console***)
Check the UI fix as well with "2" value added instead of "1"
Don't forget to hit "Save INI" from the bottom of the Optiscaler, this way the settings will apply allways.
Close the Optiscaler and open Decky PowerTools
Set the CPU Frequency limits from 400 Mhz to max 2300Mhz
Set the GPU Frequency limits between 1300 MHz and 1600MHz
save the profile and return to the game.
