Step 1: Realise it's just a video game.

Step 2: Disable Voice coms and play with close friends only.

Step 3: Control your anger by watching cute cat pictures or seeking help from a therapist.

Step 4: Keep your family and friends close if you have any.

Step 5: If you have 0 friends then uninstall CS2 as soon as possible.
