В вашей библиотеке нужно нажать на игру ПКМ, далее Свойства/Общее/
В пустой графе "Параметры Запуска" внести текс:

cmd /c "set OPENSSL_ia32cap=:~0x20000000 && %command%"

Все, игра запускается и работает. Как и почему это работает я не знаю, главное что работает.
