You might also have your UniCons trying to connect to each other (turn off the UniCon (side) connector)

Sounds like you are getting phantom physics from things not connecting to the proper locations

This is the best of both worlds, having a container that can also carry UNICON is amazing making multiple UNICON containers transportable in one ISO container can save the problem of loading all of the containers separately,
