Introduction
Hello! My name is Alamance and I'm a huge fan of the Medieval Blacksmith games. I have spent MANY hours in the game (and plan on spending many more) hunting achievements, and although I don't have them all yet I thought it would be good to start a guide since there isn't one yet! And if you're like me, you would have really appreciated a guide haha.

This a work in progress, so please feel free to contribute in the comments if you have suggestions or even some of the achievements I don't have! It is very much appreciated.

For achievements, you should generally make a new save every new "Day". Then at the beginning of a new "Month", you can erase the ones you don't need. This way, if you mess up something, like the sword exam, you can just reload easy.

I HIGHLY recommend reading through everything to make sure you plan ahead some. Some of the achievements are unforgiving in choices.

PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A WORK IN PROGRESS AND I HAVEN'T EVEN FINISHED THE GAME ENTIRELY!
Blacksmith Achievements
These achievements have to do with crafting weapons. A weapon is considered "crafted" after it is designed, forged, and assembled. The assembly is the important bit and what will trigger the achievement.

Novice Blacksmith

Craft your first weapon.

Beginner Blacksmith

Craft/Assemble 5 weapons.

Intermediate Blacksmith

Craft/Assemble 20 weapons.

Expert Blacksmith

Craft/Assemble 50 weapons.

Master Blacksmith

Craft/Assemble 100 weapons.

Mining Achievements
Mining in this game is both pretty important and a good money maker in the early game. To start mining, head out of the shop and take an immediate left into Nuremor Pass (TODO: Check Name). Pick up the cart and bring it down and around to the bottom of the hill (Khanka, Loha, Golden, and Moraka ore are located in this spot). You will see big rocks with health/percentage signs on them when you wield your pickaxe. Hit them until they shatter. Then, hit the pieces that have ore in them (you can usually see them sticking out) until they shatter. Switch to your hand. Pick up the ore, then throw it in the chest on the cart (open with 'e'). It will teleport to your inventory/shop.

Novice Miner

Mine and collect your first ore.

Beginner Miner

Mine and collect 5 ore.

Intermediate Miner

Mine and collect 20 ore.

Expert Miner

Mine and collect 50 ore.

Master Miner

Mine and collect 100 ore.
Reputation Achievements
You get reputation for either doing the tutorial, helping customers, winning phases of the Holy War (you get 500 reputation for each phase), or selling weapons. You'll crush these achievements later in the game with the Holy War fights, so no worries.

Newcomer

Earn 50 reputation.

Local Figure

Earn 250 reputation.

Recognized

Earn 500 reputation.

Famous

Earn 1000 reputation.

Historical Character

Earn 4000 reputation.
Money (Earning) Achievements
Making money in this game is fast, then slow, then FAST. What I mean by this is that you can start off by mining gold and then making gold weapons and this will make you a good amount at the beginning. Then, things will slow down as you have to pay more rent/fees and buy potions and such. But once you have your first Warrior Slave, you can make BANK by equipping them with the Arena Winner (See the Arena (Tournament) Achievements section for details) and crushing the Copper Tournament. Then you use that money to buy MORE Warrior Slaves to participate in the Silver Tournament. Then you use THAT money to buy even MORE Warrior Slaves to participate in the Gold Tournament. BUT, don't win the Gold Tournament until you win the Holy War. The reason? You will lose five of your trained Warrior Slaves if you win the Gold Tournament but you won't lose any for winning the Holy War. So, win the Holy War FIRST, and then go crush the Gold Tournament.

Beggar

Earn 30,000 coins.

Serf

Earn 75,000 coins.

Peasant

Earn 200,000 coins.

Bourgeoisie

Earn 1,000,000 coins.

Noble

Earn 2,500,000 coins.
Money (Spending) Achievements
Just spend money. You'll be spending a LOT on potions, Warrior/Worker Slaves, and increasing rent for Griana. Also, it seems to count if you spend, then reload, then spend again!

Minimalist

Spend 30,000 coins.

Budget-Conscious

Spend 75,000 coins.

Moderate Spender

Spend 200,000 coins.

Big Spender

Spend 1,000,000 coins.

Extravagant

Spend 2,500,000 coins.
Slave Achievements
The Slaves can be Worker Slaves or Warrior Slaves, or a combination of both. Acquired in the main square.

Master

Own a Slave.

Overlord

Own 3 Slaves

Lanista

Own 5 Slaves

Dominator

Own 10 Slaves
Arena (Tournament) Achievements
In the Arena, you can either watch fights and place bets OR you can buy a Warrior Slave and participate/join yourself! This section is about participating. Essentially, you will follow the below guide to make a busted weapon that one-shots almost any foe:
https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3400965632
You will make this weapon for all of your Warrior Slaves. The tournaments go as follows:
  • Copper - One Warrior Slave participates
  • Silver - Three Warrior Slaves participate
  • Gold - Five Warrior Slaves participate
REMEMBER that you don't want to win the Gold Tournament until after you win the Holy War!

You train your Warrior Slaves by buying them training equipment from the Arena guy.

Copper Champion

Win the Copper Tournament in Arena.

Silver Champion

Win the Silver Tournament in Arena.

Gold Champion

Win the Gold Tournament in Arena.
Arena (Betting) Achievements
Now, you may think that betting in the Arena is total chance. There certainly is a lot of chance, but there are ways to make smart bets. My record is SIX bets won in a row. The rules are simple and you should place bets according to the following weapon types:

Big Axe > Short Blunt Weapons > Long Spear With Short Blade > Big Curved Sword

NEVER pick:
  • Swords that squiggle back and forth
  • Giant Slayer type weapons (huge staff and huge blade)

If you don't see any of these, follow these additional rules. The AI follows simple rules and will gang up on teams based on their positions:
  • If there are TWO fighters, pick one you like.
  • If there are THREE fighters, pick Team 0. It will be separate and then gang up on Team 1 and Team 2.
  • If there are FOUR fighters, pick Team 3 or Team 4.
  • If there are FIVE fighters, pick Team 4 (TODO: Verify this AI behavior)

Also, make sure to save before and after every bet! If you lose big, just reload! Only downside is that you will be teleported back to the shop.

Beginner's Chance

Win an Arena Bet.

Betting Prodigy

Win 5 Arena Bets.

Risk Taker

Win 10 Arena Bets.

High Roller

Win 20 Arena Bets.

High Roller

Win 50 Arena Bets.
Story Based Achievements
These achievements are associated with the story. Most are unmissable, but some are (mainly the failure options).

Embrace The Wisdom

Just do the prologue.

Literate Peasant

Just read the weaponsmithing book on the table.

Competent Blacksmith

Pass Ranophel's (TODO: Check name) sword exam. Make him the two handed gold sword to his specifications.

Incompetent Blacksmith

Fail Ranophel's (TODO: Check name) sword exam. Incorrectly make the two handed golden sword.

For Whom The Bell Tolls

Finish the first month and walk outside. You will witness a hanging.

Van Goghed

Be an absolute menace during torturing. You CANNOT die during the torture, so let him have it.

Free Dental Care

Be an absolute menace during torturing. You CANNOT die during the torture, so let him have it.

Anigwatist

Once in month two, go out of your shop and take the cart on your right to the Hill of the Ancestors.

Guild Member

Just end the second month and attend the guild meeting.

Libertarian

Side with Saguna during the guild meeting.

Authoritarian

Side with Ranophel during the guild meeting.

Superstitious

Accept Lady Tristebar's gift of the amulet. You will need this for some endings/other achievements anyway.

I Put A Spell On You

Try to turn down Master Peria's requests for a weapon.

True Chosen One

Win the Holy War. Look at Arena (Tournament) Achievements for tips on how to prepare you Warrior Slaves.

Standing On The Shoulders Of Giants

Defeat Gorlock. Look at Ending Achievements for ways to do this.

The Best

If you successfully made the right weapon for the weapon gourmet, you will be given a book in month four that details what a good blacksmith you are. Read it.
Special Customer Achievements
There are a TON of achievements dedicated to customers and their requests. You will want to essentially do every customer's requested weapons EXCEPT during the Love Tournament, where you will want to be very careful about only fulfilling one out of four customers requests for each achievement (See Love Tournament Achievements for details).

Sucker

Help Orkhan (TODO: Check name) (the kid) when he comes to your shop. He will steal your weapon without paying but you'll get reputation, so that's nice.

The Butterfly Effect

When Dylia (TODO: Check name) comes in saying she thinks she's being followed, make her a dagger to defend herself. She will come back and thank you for saving her life.

Charitable

Give money to Shero (TODO: Check name) when he comes in asking for money.

Calm As A Cucumber

When the man (TODO: Put in name) who wants to kill someone comes in, talk it out. Ask him why he has to kill someone, then keep asking about his father, and his father's father, and so on. Keep talking and talking. Eventually he'll realize he's even and go away.

Counterfeiter

Help Kolren make a duplicate of the family heirloom. At the time of writing, you will need Western Pommels and Western Guards for this achievement. See this post:
https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/app/2732100/discussions/0/676199918678888821

Exotic Art Collector

Help the witcher guy (TODO: Enter name) forge a weapon for Teraset fighting. This guy is DEFINITELY not Witcher Geralt, and his name isn't an anagram for "Witcher Gerald"....

IT WILL KILL

Make a weapon for Mr. Forgefire (the weapon gourmet) that passes his test.

IT WILL NOT KILL

Make a weapon for Mr. Forgefire (the weapon gourmet) that fails his test.

Latian Armorer

Help Saka at every point.

Sword Beater

Help Tarkan at every point.

Lucky Star

Help Sasha at every point.

Hidden Treasure

Help Lairu at every point.

Love Hurts

Help Demban (TODO: Check name) kill his wife. When he comes back, tell him to man up and do it. Then make his weapon.

Chain Breaker

Help Dolren (TODO: Check name) at every point. Note that he will ALWAYS win the fights if you help him, so bet BIG on him!

Finger-less

Help Northion at every point.

State Secret

Help Kara Boga at every point.

Forbidden Love

Tell Demban to send his wife (Kashar) to you so that you can talk to her. Once she arrives, woo her. Kiss her. Kiss her again. Then, IF YOUR SHOP IS RENOVATED, she will sleep with you.
Love Tournament Achievements
These four achievements are rough. Basically, only one person can win the love tournament so you will want to make a save file on the FIRST DAY Seira enters your shop. That way, you can choose between the four combatants and which achievement you want to go for. My suggestion? Go Kostok, Orkhan, Kharlic, Myano. And stick with the Myano save.

Getting the achievements is simple. Just don't help the other participants that you don't want to win. Easy as that.

The Good

Help Kostok (the old man) win the tournament.

The Stupid

Help Orkhan (the kid) win the tournament.

The Bad

Help Kharlic (the noble) win the tournament.

The Ugly

Help Myano (the flesh disease man) win the tournament.
Bad End Achievements
There are lots of ways to meet a bad end in this game! Luckily, there are achievements for most of them!

Exactly Like I Told Ya

If I remember right, this is for beating Griana to death in the beginning.

Class Conflict

Slap or Punch a Noble. I think Griana or Kharlic both count.

There Will Be Consequences

Refuse to make the blade for the gothic woman that comes in and demands a free weapon, or she'll kill you. Guess what? Go to bed after denying her, and then she WILL kill you.

No Ragrets

If I remember right, you beat Griana to death for this one. OR, it's for punching Kharlic.

Early Aviator

Piss off the governor after being set free from the dungeon. Interrupt him, or say you're not going to help him.

The Iron Bars I Can't Melt

When Lady Tristebar comes to your aid in the dungeon, don't tell her anything or answer incorrectly to her questions. She'll leave you there. Forever.
Ending Achievements
There are four endings to the game:
  • You can help Master Peria and kill yourself.
  • You can help Master Peria and kill Lady Tristebar.
  • You can help Lady Tristebar and kill Master Peria (after arming all her disciples)
  • You can help Lady Tristebar, kill master Peria, and get crushed (let Myano die in the tournament and don't arm her disciples)

Please note that two of these endings are GAME ENDING. They will be the end of the road for your game. Particularly the getting crushed ending because you need to make bad decisions throughout the game to get it. I recommend making a new save (and hilariously call it "♥♥♥♥♥♥♥") and be as awful as possible. Don't make any weapons for anyone that you don't have to (basically only Master Peria and Ranophel will require weapons). And be a jerk.

In Magic We Trust

Choose to side with Master Peria in the end.

In Ourselves We Trust

Choose to sacrifice yourself in the end.

In Steel We Trust

Choose to side with Lady Tristebar in the end. NOTE: You will need to have accepted the Nasar (TODO: Check spelling) amulet (the anti-enchanting/Evil Eye one) to get this achievement, as Master Peria will try to enchant you yet again.

Crushed Under The Feet Of Giants

Choose to side with Lady Tristebar in the end with Myano dead/gone and not arming her disciples. NOTE: You will need to have accepted the Nasar (TODO: Check spelling) amulet (the anti-enchanting/Evil Eye one) to get this achievement, as Master Peria will try to enchant you yet again.
Random Achievements
These achievements are kinda hard to categorize, so I put them here.

Devout

Donate to the temple. Go to the temple (the building with the tree on it) and talk to the person behind the desk if in the first month. Then, make a donation. If past the first month, the person moves to the back of the room.

Renovator

Fully renovate the shop. Buy everything from the carpenter. His store has the crossed tools on it and is above the bookstore.

Artistic Peasant

Go to the inn (building with the beer sign) and talk to the little girl. Have her sing/play you a song.

Reveler

At night, go to the Guest House (the building with the bed on it). Pay 1,000 coins to enter. Then chill on the couch with one of the women.

Partygoer

At night, go to the Guest House (the building with the bed on it). Pay 1,000 coins to enter. Dance with one of the women. I'm pretty sure you have to keep advancing the dancing to a certain point by clicking in the bottom right corner to pay to upgrade the dance.

Drunkard

Go to the Inn (building with the beer sign on it) and sit down at one of the tables. Order some food.

Whispers Of Fate

Have your fortune told in the main square. Just talk to the lady with all the fortune teller stuff. The first time didn't count for me! So I had to go back and get it told again.

The Cabbage

In the main square, talk to the guy selling vegetables. Ask to buy the 500 coin cabbage. It will make you pretty loopy. Just go to bed to get rid of the effects (after enjoying them for a bit as they get more intense though).

Scholar

Acquire all books. Make sure to get the one at the temple and the two from the fortune teller. Of course everything from the book store. And take any book given to you.

Aristocrat

After winning the Holy War (and maybe after Gorlock?) you can talk to the governor and have him make you a noble for 10,000,000 coins.
Achievements I Don't Know How To Get/Haven't Gotten To Yet
These are achievements that I have no idea how to get or that I think are bugged. Any help in the comments is much appreciated!

A.K.A.B

I'm Just Big Bonned

Sticks and "Stones"

I thought this would be to have maxed out your ore inventory, but it's not. Unless this is bugged.

Heavy Burden Of Love

"Sticks" and Stones

I thought this would be to have maxed out your wood inventory, but it's not. Unless this is bugged.

Mountebank

I think this is in month four (after Gorlock) and I just haven't gotten it yet. But I wasn't sure, so I put it here.

There Is Nothing Without Guild

I Told Ya

Supernatural

Eternal Bound

Towards The Past

Legitimate Love

The Great Collector
Bugged Achievements
These achievements are bugged and didn't pop for me! Or I'm missing how to get them.

Obey Your Master

I think you're supposed to just piss of Ranophel or Griana at one point and then the cards say you're sold into slavery.

Fearless Peasant

I think you're just supposed to piss of Kharlic and have him beat you up.

War Lord

Self explanatory but it didn't pop for me.

Giant Slayer

I think you're just supposed to craft the Maradra (TODO: Check spelling) weapon at the end. But it didn't pop for me.

I got Supernatural by climbing on the side of the well (the part that kind of looks like stairs) and placing a lantern on the ground next to me. You can then walk onto the lantern, onto the edge of the well, and into the middle of it. While in the conversation with the ghost, the achievement should unlock
Enclave 18 May @ 2:11am
There Is Nothing Without Guild is unlocked when you sleep without talking to Ranophel in the prologue.
Enclave 9 May @ 11:45pm
the intense romance stuff when i dont want to pay the lady the rent on the second month
and if you keep saying you can do anything for her to ignore the rent, she'll have the 18+ sceen with you
HONG QIRONG 18 Apr @ 8:31am
"I Told Ya" happens at the beginning prologue with not following Kyrot back to the tavern when he asked you to help him push the cart. You ended up assaulted by the bandits and there goes a speedrun end. :')
Vida Sanar 17 Apr @ 1:48pm
You get "sticks" and Stones after entering the woodworking building for the first time in the prologue. Be rude to the kid and then when it says he's going to attack you, choose to do nothing.
Syrinfox 22 Mar @ 5:15pm
I got Sticks and "Stones" after entering the woodworking building for the first time and then proceeded to say all the rude things and slapped the kid. I would assume the "Stick" part might be a different dialogue choice or even maybe the kid randomly chooses whether to kill you with the stick or stone.
DeltaMortis 21 Mar @ 7:04pm
Just got A..K.A.B. Talk the Emer (The gaurd) Ask why he calls you peasant, then go all Karen on him.
DeltaMortis 21 Mar @ 6:53pm
Just got the "Obey your master" achievement. You just have to insult Ranophel Rimlard when he gives you the $25,000. I did get the "Incompetant blacksmith" first, which also leads to enslavement, but it didn't check the "Obey your master", so it could be a one achievement at a time thing?
Pinagy | Пинáги 17 Mar @ 1:05pm
"I'm just big-boned" - call the first guy you met after you quit the cave fat(there are at least two ways in dialogue with him to do that) and he will kill you. Early ending, I guess
Chewie 12 Mar @ 4:14am
Supernatural - Plainsy shows how to do it here: https://youtube.com/shorts/jlU4ZoGW9E8?feature=share
