So Antiochus is worthless now, even all 6, so you better off get 1 Weighted Die (it's seem you can't get more than that one if you play right card in start of game) and 5 odd, you had good chance winning in early of game, after that, it's would be Pie die replace odd then Favoourable dice is good in early of game to get. Not sure devil's Head die, might be useful if you all had 6 of those, might be good late game or not, Not sure. So best for late game, I had not got there, but early game it's was weighted Die (you only get one) and 5 odd dic, then there is Favourable Die if you knew where to get in early of game to pickpocket dice player in inn place, then Pie die might be better in later game, I had trouble find those 6 of those.

I think Saint Antiochus's die gave 3 40% chance, Not sure rest of number, but 1 is 20% while 6 is 20% chance, 2, 4, 5 might something like less chance, more or less.

i tried some throws with 2x Odd and 4x Antiochus, i got more 3s from the odds ones rather than antiochuss, actually i got from these four antiochus less times 3s than other numbers.
Favourable Die is the safest on average, i had the most scoreable throws with 6x of it. Out of first six hand throws i only got a 3 once and all others where 1 5 6. I kept repeating it until 10k score in a single round, my hand kept on refreshing, you can win anything first try with those. But always small scores, never got a triple 1.
Heavenly might be the best one, having two numbers instead of three with a higher chance makes it more often to reach high scores. I once got a penta 1 with it and often gives triple 1 or 6.

New meta is the weighted dice still at 66.7% for 1, they have changed the chances on Saint Antiochus' Die

Saint Antiochus' Die is the most broken die in the game. I run x3 with a Wagoners and x2 Holy Trinity's and I never lose. I usually win on the first or second round.

I'm still looking out for more Saint Antiochus' or Three Dies... PLEASE
