This easter egg is pretty easy. It should not take that long and can be done in every run you do.
Unlocking The Song
If you have done the Kino der Toten easter egg (I have a guide for that aswell), then this one will be very similar. You have to find 3 red telephones around the map.

Location #1 Quick Revive
The first telephone is located at spawn right next to the quick revive machine. Press F on it to activate it.


Location #2 Power Room
The second telephone is located in the power room. Right here. Press F on it to activate it.


Location #3 Pack a Punch
The third and final telephone is located in the Pack a Punch room. For any new players, to get to the pack a punch room, you have to activate all the defcon switches and get to defcon 1.

Then the portal will teleport you to the Pack a Punch room. And the final telephone will be right here. Press F for the last time.
