Level 1
This is Morse code, however deciphering the text just gives a welcome message. You need to decipher the audio being played.

As for me, it goes too fast and I am tone-deaf so I recorded it and used an online tool to decipher it.

The code I got was: 133769
Level 2
These are a bunch of emojis, or a substitution cipher depending on your perspective.

Just replace the emojis with the correct letter, again I used an online tool to help find the correct letters.

The code I got was: 108476
Level 3
This is a UTF-8 encoded binary message. (6 numbers in unicode)

red = 0, green = 1

The code I got was: 121254
Level 4
For this level, you need to imagine that the tones are representing texting on a numberpad (like on an old phone)

There is this set of repeating dial tones, but in this pattern

4 2 1 2 2 2 2 1 3 3 1 3 2 4 3 3 2 3 3 4 2 3 4 2 2 1 1 3 3

You have to map out the grid of the possible frequencies

526 660 785
245 1 2 3
290 4 5 6
350 7 8 9

Vertically it's 245, 290, 350 and horizontally is 526, 660, 785, meaning 1 is 245 x 526, 2 is 245 x 660, 3 is 245 x 785, etc.

The first note is 350x526 which gives 7 on the graph, then it plays 4 times so S on the dial pad. do that for all 29, you get:

7777 33 8 33 77 88 22 8 777 666 8 777 33 7777 222 444 66 222 666 7777 33 444 7777 77 88 2 8 777 666

Which spelled out is:

sete qubtro tres cinco seis quatro

(The tones aren't correct on the second one, should be quatro but the tone plays twice)
But in Portuguese it means 743564 which is the code for phase 4.

Thanks to LucreGrey in the comments for solving this one! Kudos for somehow deciphering those frequencies.
Level 5

waleu is the key, this is the only sentence given for this level. There's no image or audio cues to accompany this.

That is the hint for this level, a cursory search for the phrase leads it to being a Hawaiian Pidgin English expression, that means "that's the key" or "that's the important part"

Waleu seems to mean "wave" in Hawaiian. If anyone has any insights into this puzzle please let me know.

Right before this level, this appears, but does not show up after the prompt for the code appears. I do not know if it is related to the level in this puzzle or not.

It was dial tones, but not regular tones. You have to map out the grid of the possible frequencies, vertically it's 245, 290, 350 and horizontally is 526, 660, 785, meaning 1 is 245 x 526, 2 is 245 x 660, 3 is 245 x 785, etc.
