This one is almost impossible to miss, You can locate it easily in the elevator leading down to the Genetics Lab.

• The Second Paragon Paper (Experiment Casualties)

This paper can be found on the front desk of Paragon

• The Third/Fourth Paragon Papers (Cheese Maze Initiative/Operation Eagle Eye)

Operation Eagle Eye can be found on the floor of the hallway (and later on a long table), and Cheese Maze can be found on the second opening lobby desk, Right infront of Dr. Grimm's Portrait

• The Final Paragon Paper (Operation Songbird)

This can just be found in the final hallway, It's a little obscured by the darkness- but it's there.
