All you need is any scratcher (either green, orange or gold)

And any body of water. That could be the ocean, a lake, anything that makes you respawn to your previous position.

Now you need to have the Scratch-Off in your hotbar slot and also have an empty slot. (this is important if you dont want your items deleted)

Then stand next to the water, then jump and dive into the water. Right before going in the water, you open the scratcher.
After you have done these steps, you have to click on your empty slot. The reason is that scratching the Scratch-Off while holding it just deletes the item from the selected hotbar slot. so if it's empty... yeah.
After clicking the empty hotbar slot, you can now scratch the Scratch-Off without it disapearing!
