1. Scroll down to Assassins Creed Revelations Gold Edition/SoundData/pc/.
2. Select your language pack. It has to have "dlc_03" in its name then download it.
3. Put downloaded file/files in your game directory/SoundData/pc/
4. Enjoy!
Also you clicking on "No" has no effect whatsoever. It goes something like this: everytime you end game, that game crashes (you probably didn't even notice that). Steam then, when you run it again, see that game crashed and is trying to install few redistributables. If you click on "Yes", then that process start, but instantly end, because Steam see, that everything is already installed. If you click on "No", then that process don't start and will be skipped. But because you have everything installed and ok, there is practically no difference between these two choices.
