Access Lost Archive DLC with Standard Edition
By .:Assassin:.wOw~
Recent update made it unable to purchase the Lost Archive DLC and gutted the files for the DLC and Desmond Sequences.

Also, many users who already have the DLC are unable to access it.

This guide works for both kind of people who either has the DLC officially or has purchased the standard edition after steam remove the gold edition from the store.

Following this guide can help you get 100% Achievements even if you own Standard Edition of the game.

Follow the Steps
You can still access Lost Archive DLC if you have Standard Edition of the game.

(Backup your original saves before doing this in case something happens)

This is how I managed to get the DLC running as I can not purchase it officially on steam after they removed it from the store.

Step 1 - Download the DLC files from link below
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1kloAjlOHua1oqwdGnqdmsmsTExLJVLlV/view

Step 2 - Extract and copy files to your game folder.
(\steamapps\common\Assassin's Creed Revelations)

Step 3 - Download DLC unlocker file from link below
https://www.nexusmods.com/assassinscreedrevelations/mods/85?tab=files

Step 4 - Extract and copy the file to savegame location
C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\savegames\*random number*\40
(Only replace 1.save. Do not touch 2.save)

Step 5 - Disable cloud save sync in uPlay Connect app (This is very important to make this solution work.)

Step 6 - Launch the game, load your save and equip the DLC exclusive outfit so that the game saves your progress. (You should notice the Lost Archive DLC option in main menu too when you launch the game.)

Step 7 - Close the game. Enable cloud save sync in uPlay Connect app. Relaunch the game and select the upload Local Save option when it prompts you to choose.

Step 8 - Open Lost Archive in Main Menu and check if it launches (It also instantly unlocks all the Desmond Sequences too in case you haven't collected enough Animus Fragments.)

Again, backup your original save game files in case something goes wrong.

If this work for you then congratulations and you can get 100% Achievements for your game now.
And don't forget to comment if this solution works for you.

This also removes the need to purchase Gold Edition from 3rd party stores and activate the key on uPlay Connect.

For anyone who wants soundfiles for this DLC here is legit download that worked for me:
https://ia804501.us.archive.org/view_archive.php?archive=/33/items/assassins-creed-revelations-gold-edition/AssassinsCreedRevelationsGoldEdition.zip
1. Scroll down to Assassins Creed Revelations Gold Edition/SoundData/pc/.
2. Select your language pack. It has to have "dlc_03" in its name then download it.
3. Put downloaded file/files in your game directory/SoundData/pc/
4. Enjoy!

Voices files are missing. I couldnt find the proper files. But you can get achievements nonetheless.

Hi! Great work out there, your tutorial totally worked but I don't have any voices present. I have other audio, sfx and so on but not the dialogues. Is that a matter of missing files or something else? Cheers!

I also didn't get any achievements at 21st August (and few days before that, you can check my profile). But 22nd when I get to play this game, I got every achievement I should unlock previous few days. They just repaired their servers between 21st and 22nd August.

Also you clicking on "No" has no effect whatsoever. It goes something like this: everytime you end game, that game crashes (you probably didn't even notice that). Steam then, when you run it again, see that game crashed and is trying to install few redistributables. If you click on "Yes", then that process start, but instantly end, because Steam see, that everything is already installed. If you click on "No", then that process don't start and will be skipped. But because you have everything installed and ok, there is practically no difference between these two choices.

Lonely FireWolf, Then why wasn't I given any achievements on Steam throughout the night, but as soon as I did what I described in my last post in the morning, I got all the achievements? Did Ubisoft fix their problem the second I clicked "No"?

Somax ♥●•°: This was bug in all Ubisoft games for few days. People through other AC or Far Cry games earned achievements in Uplay, but not in Steam. You didn't solve anything, they just repair that problem and now everyone can again get their achievements in Steam.

𝐦𝟏𝐝𝐧𝟏𝐠𝐡𝐭, I have solved my problem. If you have the same thing that I described in my previous post, then look how I found a way out. I launched the game via Steam and when Steam asked me for permission to make changes on my computer (I clicked "No" and all the achievements that I had in Ubisoft Connect were added to Steam immediately upon login. Then I went and completed the remaining 2 achievements, I also got them immediately on Steam upon receipt. I hope I explained it clearly, I'm writing through Google Translate. If it's not completely clear, write here and I'll try to explain it in more detail.

𝐦𝟏𝐝𝐧𝟏𝐠𝐡𝐭 , the same. I got Achievements in Ubisoft Connect, but I didn't get them on Steam.
