Reaching level 200 is not easy so here's a list of all the thing that can help you.

Make a new game+ and get from the grade shop
  • the double EXP bonus
  • the 5x EXP bonus
  • the above work together to grant you 10x EXP bonus
  • eleth mixer +500, optional but good to have

Set in your Eleth mixer
  • Rice Omellete, increases exp earned if you eleth mixer energy >50%
  • Book of Dissolution, helps keep your eleth mixer charged
  • Book of Enthusiasm, doubles experience received after battle
  • Book of Audacity, increases experience and SP received after battle by 50%

Should I:
  • use the Book of Audacity? It causes enemy critical hits to become more damaging and in most cases one-shot you but with life bottles and revive spells this is manageable.
  • use the Book of Enthusiasm? it decreases all stats for all characters by 50%, excluding accuracy, which can make a lot of fight harder and the AI is too stupid at times. Use it whenever you feel confident.
  • use the books in boss fights? High risk, high reward. IF you can pull it off it gives you a huge EXP boost. You can keep retrying the battle as you learn the boss's moveset and patterns.
  • use both books at the same time? Only if the enemies are too weak. Even if you play very well the AI has trouble keeping up with the difficulty.
