HEAT M16 Sound

This replaces the M16 with sounds from HEAT and No Country For Old Men (courtesy of MacGyver on GTA5Mods)
Does not come with reload sounds, so you can either rock default or add a custom reload sound to go along with it

WARNING : I'd advise that you turn down the volume (either through console "volume 0.5" or through settings like you normally would) if your actually gonna use this.
