about the martial art part I've been trying out myself but it was never consistent, I just find that if you are at the opposite side of your enemy's hand and is close enough when you initiate the melee you have a higher chance to swipe their cradle but it's not 100% all the time
You can also add a section on cradle martial arts. I've seen specific counter techniques that consistently do critical damage and situations where lockon is very pronounced.
