GREEN WILD CHILD (W-004)

Green Wild Child will only appear on weekends at Shibaura PA. You need to have a car with a Naniwa plate (なにわ) for him to race you. Below you can see where to find the Naniwa plate:

SETOUCHI NOODLE ARTISAN (W-008)

Noodle Artisan is easier, you just need a Kagawa (香川) license plate, that's it. Here is where you can find it:

Oh sweet summer child, the game has days of the week, not your PC TIME. In garage before you enter course, there is a day of the week next to what day you are at in game at top of screen.

i tried to change my clock pc time to saturday just to race GREEN WILD CHILD but its no use, il have to wait till weekend i guess

I couldn't figure out that 'なにわ' would actually be simply written in hiragana as shown. My guess that those were just furigana that went untranslated. I did a search for the kanji for Naniwa, and couldn't find anything that worked.
