this consist was never used on mainline services due to the issues with braking and, as far as I know, not activating some automatic level crossings.

This was a real formation, though it apparently never ran in revenue service. It was formed in 2010 when Virgin removed the two centre coaches from 221144 and allocated them to 221142 and 221143 to make them 5-Car units.
221144 returned to a 4-Coach formation in 2017 when Cross Country took ownership and shortened two of their 5-Coach sets to get an additional functional set.
It's not an original idea of any game, it's a set that actually existed.

Is this an attempted TpF2 adaptation of the new item of the week from the game British Railway on Roblox? Because this is something I am already trying to save up for back on British Railway, and I find it insane on how quickly this 2 car Voyager found its way onto TpF2's Workshop already in less than a day since it popped up on British Railway's own in-game shop.
