Philippine National Police Mod

This mod adds the Philippine National Police to the game. It includes the regular police officers with their ranks; this mod will continue to receive updates from time to time.

I created this mod because someone from another mod about the Philippines wanted the creator of that mod to make one for the Philippine National Police. It's been quite a while, and the person who requested the PNP mod never received it. So, I decided to do it for him without asking.

This is an update of the previous mod that I unlisted; you can still find the link for it down here.

Oh, and if you think the addition of the special character is bad, I want to remind you that I am not immortalizing, glorifying, or supporting what he did during the 2010 Manila Hostage Crisis. I just included him so people do not ask me to add him to the mod since I featured him in one of the screenshots in this workshop. And for those who want to recreate the Manila Hostage Crisis with this mod and upload it to YouTube or other social media platforms, please do not do it, as it will reflect poorly on both you and me. If you stumble upon a video that goes against what I said in this disclaimer, report it to me in the Discussions for this Mod.
